Eating Meditation
We live in a fast-paced world.
Often our minds are also full of thoughts and we don´t know how to stop the thoughts.
Often we´re busy scooping up the next mouthful mindlessly. Sometimes we´re driving and eating or reading something or listening to tv-so we don´t really appreciate and notice the food. We eat fast because we´re busy with work or the kids and gulp down life….so it´s no wonder people often get digestive problems.
This meditation will help teach you to be conscious of what you´re eating, the amount and nutritional value.
Due to less distraction, the satiety signals are sent from the stomach to the brain which is heard.
