Peace Begins With Me Hand Mudra is a very well known Yoga practice.
Mudras are symbolic gestures that facilitate the flow of energy in the subtle body and enhance one's journey within. They make important connections in the nervous system and stimulate specific energy pathways (nadis).
For those of you who have had acupuncture or acupressure you will be familiar with these energy points.
It is also said that mudras increase energy and blood circulation to different parts of the brain, to important nerve junctions and glands. Enjoy.
